Terms and conditions for bookings

Bookings to be made with Rob Turner, these are either provisional or confirmed.

Provisional bookings are not binding on either party until they become confirmed.

Confirmed bookings are a commitment to the booking and cancellation may result in charges being made. If the booking is cancelled less than two weeks before the date then 50% of the agreed fee will be due. If the booking is cancelled less than 1 week before the date then the full agreed fee will be due.

Charges will be agreed with Rob Turner before the booking is confirmed

Payment is due on the day of the booking, there is a 10 day grace period and after that there will be a 10% surcharge added to the total due.

Rob Turner will need to be informed of any changes to the time, venue or requirements at least 7 days before the event. If we are not informed, and changes agreed, this will render The Kru Ministries free from any obligation to provide support for the change.

 

The event organizers will be responsible for the following:-

 

Power supply. There needs to be a suitable and safe 240V 50Hz power supply within 20m of the performance area. This could be 2x 13a sockets or 1x 32a ‘commando’ style connector for P.A. and 3x 13a or 1x 32a ‘commando’ style supply for the lighting. P.A. and lighting need to be run from separate rings.

If a mains supply isn’t available an alternative supply will need to be arranged.

We reserve the right to judge the safety of the electrical power supple and if WE deem it to be unsafe the booking will be cancelled and charges will be made. We are able to assess power supplies before the event but a charge may be made.

Access. We require access to the venue 2 hours before the P.A. and Lighting will be required for use (this excludes any rehearsal and sound check). There will need to be no public access during this time.

We also require 1 hour after the end of the event, clear of public and others, to pack up and leave the venue.

We require access for a motor vehicle and trailer and that all doors and access ways are free and clear.

If there are any access issues e.g. up or down stairs, confined space or a long distance between the vehicles and the performance area. We will need to know of them in advance and there may be special conditions which will apply.
